Having spent almost two decades within the world of elite football, most people would assume my life was successful, exciting and complete. But beneath the surface, I had lost myself completely. The challenges within my relationship gradually left me feeling emotionally depleted and struggling with my own sense of worth..
The woman I had become, I didn't even like, let alone love.
After walking away from my marriage, what followed was not simply a period of rebuilding, but a profound awakening. One that taught me that real change always begins within.
Living in that high-profile environment, I experienced firsthand how identity can become tied to titles, roles and status. From the outside, everything can appear perfect, yet beneath the surface, many women are carrying silent struggles that so often go unseen.
My own journey became one of returning to myself. Not just rebuilding my life, but rebuilding the relationship with myself.
Through deep inner work, I discovered that the greatest shifts in our lives don’t begin by changing our circumstances, but by changing the way we see ourselves.
What once felt like a loss became the beginning of my calling.
Today my work is devoted to helping women reconnect with their worth, their voice, and the woman they were before life taught them to minimise the very best parts of themselves.
But then I realised something important... this wasn't just my story, or the story of women living within elite environments. This is the story of many women on some level or another.
Women who live in the shadow of someone else's dream. Women who have slowly lost touch with their value, self-respect and unique essence.
The need for guidance, community, connection and a safe space where women feel seen, heard and understood is undeniable, and that has never changed for me. I remain deeply committed to shining a light on the real, often hidden experiences many women quietly carry, helping them navigate life's complexities, reclaim their power and reconnect with who they are beyond titles, roles and expectations.
